Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs.
Drive full-cycle recruitment with energy, efficiency, and a focus on results.
Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Provide actionable market insights to inform hiring decisions.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all hiring practices.
Deliver a seamless, engaging, and memorable candidate experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
An upbeat personality with positive energy and a passion for helping people succeed.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
Knowledge of market trends and talent acquisition best practices.
