Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that delivered products align with quality planning models and are manufactured according to obtention standards.
  • Monitor and implement Michelin Manufacturing Way (MMW) guidelines to uphold high-quality standards.
  • Anticipate customer risks, product compliance issues, and quality performance risks, and successfully implement actions to mitigate these risks.
  • Address all complaints, nonconformities, nonstandard situations, and performance shifts promptly and effectively.
  • Demonstrate the efficiency of implemented actions by resolving anomalies and nonperformance issues and incorporating them into the progress plan.
  • Contribute to the Quality Obtention section of the Progress Plan and ensure its completion.
  • Mentor and train operators to help them gain quality proficiencies.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive or tire industry.
  • Solid grasp of quality management systems and standard methodologies.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to strictly adhere to quality and efficiency goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Ability to determine and implement corrective actions to achieve quality improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Michelin Manufacturing Way (MMW) practices.
  • Six Sigma certification or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
