Key Responsibilities - Ensure that delivered products align with quality planning models and are manufactured according to obtention standards.
- Monitor and implement Michelin Manufacturing Way (MMW) guidelines to uphold high-quality standards.
- Anticipate customer risks, product compliance issues, and quality performance risks, and successfully implement actions to mitigate these risks.
- Address all complaints, nonconformities, nonstandard situations, and performance shifts promptly and effectively.
- Demonstrate the efficiency of implemented actions by resolving anomalies and nonperformance issues and incorporating them into the progress plan.
- Contribute to the Quality Obtention section of the Progress Plan and ensure its completion.
- Mentor and train operators to help them gain quality proficiencies.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive or tire industry.
- Solid grasp of quality management systems and standard methodologies.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to strictly adhere to quality and efficiency goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to determine and implement corrective actions to achieve quality improvements.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Michelin Manufacturing Way (MMW) practices.
- Six Sigma certification or equivalent.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
