Hiring ASAP Entry Level Recruiter (TW Services)

TW Services is a third-party unloading service company, supplying food and retail distribution centers across the nation. The company is rapidly growing, and so is the recruiting team!

Hours:
Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Compensation:
Starting at $17 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with management across multiple locations for the full-cycle staffing process.
• Maintain open communication with managers regarding staffing needs.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephone interviews; schedule and conduct face-to-face interviews and testing as needed.
• Perform detailed reference checks and review results with hiring managers.
• Reschedule interviews to ensure a fast turnaround.
• Utilize resources like job boards, social media, referrals, and career fairs for recruiting.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
• Research new sourcing methods and stay informed on employment legislation.
• Assist in tracking hiring metrics and other projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• At least 1 year of administrative support experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
