We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead content creation and strategy for a dynamic mix of consumer clients in spirits, hospitality, and commercial real estate. You’ll bring fresh ideas, strategic thinking, and hands-on skills in copywriting, photography, and design to every project—and collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to bring brand identities to life. Who You Are: A trend-savvy storyteller who can shape and express a compelling brand voice across social platforms A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-client agency setting A creative visionary with a love of aesthetics and a curiosity for what’s next A client-focused communicator who delivers thoughtful service and clear results What You’ll Do: Create Standout Content Lead creative direction and content development for a portfolio of client accounts Produce visually compelling assets including short-form video, photography, GIFs, and graphics Build toolkits, templates, and guidelines to streamline and scale content production Explore emerging formats, trends, and interactive tools to keep content fresh and relevant Drive Social Strategy Develop channel-specific content strategies and editorial calendars Align messaging with brand goals, cultural moments, and campaign activations Oversee scheduling, community management, and performance reporting Analyze & Optimize Use platform insights to guide ongoing creative improvements Monitor engagement trends and audience behaviors to inform new approaches Test and iterate on creative concepts to deepen brand affinity and audience connection What You Bring: 3+ years of experience in social media/content creation, ideally in an agency setting Proven ability to manage content calendars and produce engaging short-form video Proficiency in Canva and CapCut (or similar tools) Strong collaboration skills and experience working directly with client leadership Why you’ll love working with us: Our employee-centric company culture .
