Job Description

A full-time School Psychologist position is available for the entire school year in Soldotna, AK. This role supports K-12 students across multiple schools and requires travel between locations within the assigned district.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students K-12.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide counseling and intervention services to support students academic and emotional needs.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
• Document and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state regulations.
• Assist in crisis intervention and prevention programs as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Experience working with K-12 populations in educational settings.
• Strong assessment, counseling, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple schools within the district.
