Job Description

A K-12 educational institution in Eagle Point, OR, is seeking a qualified School Psychologist for the upcoming school year contract. This role requires expertise in supporting student psychological and educational development within diverse learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to identify student needs and inform individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement intervention strategies.
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed.
• Assist in the development of school-wide programs promoting mental health and positive behavioral supports.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expert recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
• Valid Oregon school psychologist licensure or certification.
• Experience working with K-12 student populations.
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, educational laws, and psychological practices relevant to schools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professional confidentiality.

Location:

• Eagle Point, OR (serving K-12 student population).
