Salary: $50,000 + Commission

Chief Executive Network, the premier national CEO peer group membership organization and a division of Chief Executive Group, seeks an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team! This role is ideal for individuals seeking to launch a successful career in sales or business development. The SDR will be responsible for supporting our sales team and growing the business by conducting research, identifying prospective members, and developing compelling value propositions. This position reports to the VP of Member Growth. This is a remote position, but candidates should be located in Eastern or Central time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to develop a thorough understanding of CEN membership offerings to be able to strategically identify prospects and help develop a strategy for outreach.
• Conduct research and source C-Suite executives through extensive research and profiling tools.
• Create, update, and maintain accurate prospect account information in the CRM.
• Support outreach initiatives by executing go-to-market strategies and arranging qualified meetings for the business development team.
• Become familiar with and analyze competitive landscape to understand selling environment and track competitive advertising and other offerings.
• Join prospect calls and manage the end-to-end sales process.
  

Qualifications:

• A bachelors degree in sales, business, marketing, advertising, or communications.
• 1-2 years in B2B sales or marketing experience preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and effective business writing skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Experience with CRMs and/or ZoomInfo is desired but not required.
