Core hours 7:30am to 4:15pm

Benefits

Pay: Ranges from $24.00 to $27.00 per hour

Benefits:

• Eighty (80) hours or ten (10) days of paid vacation time available after 180 days of employment.
• 40 hours after 90 days + 40 hours after 180 days.

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for “onboarding” process for new employees in French and English language.

· Confirm the progress of new employees in initial period of employment

· Provide bilingual safety training and onboarding sessions for employees, ensuring comprehension across all language groups.

· Conduct exit interviews as if possible.

· Serve as HR window especially to French speaking employees together with HR Specialist

· Provide written and oral translation for English and French communication in the HR department.

· Assist Safety Specialist to implement and maintain safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.

· Participate in safety committee meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a safety or HR role.

· Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal.

· Experience in (or willingness to) conducting safety training and presentations in multiple languages.

· Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., OSHA 30-hour certification) is preferred.

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Expected to maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Candidates must be able to accurately and efficiently follow given instructions.
