Position OverviewWe are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals for the role of Remodel/Construction Technician at ServiceMaster Restore by BT Services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship. This role involves assisting in various construction projects, including remodeling and restoration tasks.

Key Responsibilities Assist in the demolition and removal of existing structures and materials.
Prepare construction sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools.
Experienced in installing drywall, tape bed and texture, painting.
Trim Carpentry Experience: Measure, Cut and Install baseboards, casing, and crown moldings.
Plumbing, Electrical, and Hvac Experience.
Experience installing cabinetry.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance and within specified timelines.
Assist in moving, lifting, and positioning heavy materials and equipment.
Perform other duties as required to support the construction and restoration process.

Qualifications Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required.
Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
