A Medical Director who will be at the forefront of revolutionizing healthcare. Our focus is on empowering our members through proven science via medical weight management, hormone replacement therapy, lifestyle medicine, reversal and prevention of cardiometabolic disease, vitamin optimization, evidence-based exercise protocols, and sexual health enhancement.

In this pivotal role, youll not only deliver transformative care but also lead a team of dedicated mid-level practitioners, elevating their skills and interactions to ensure our patients receive unparalleled service and outcomes. Your vision will contribute to our programmatic evolution, driving cutting-edge initiatives that refine and expand our services.

• Mentor and develop Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners, promoting clinical excellence and adherence to JumpstartMDs care protocols.
• Foster an accountable workplace culture that encourages innovation and teamwork, aligned with JumpstartMDs mission and values.
• Optimize Standard Operating Procedures for enhanced patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Model exceptional patient interaction and actively participate in leadership and educational meetings.
• Provide support to staff for clinical inquiries and maintain a thorough understanding of company policies.
• Address significant operational issues with the Chief Medical Officer or Director of Clinical Operations as needed.
• Endocrinology or Gynecology specialty highly preferred.
• DEA Registration Certificate.
• Background check clearance.
