ACE Wellness Center is looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Assistant / Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, assisting with recruitment processes, and helping maintain employee records. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of the HR department and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment :
o Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
o Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
o Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
o Conduct initial phone screens and assist in interview processes.
o Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
o Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of
orientation materials and coordination of orientation sessions.
Administrative Support:
o Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
o Prepare and maintain reports related to recruitment and HR activities.
o Assist with the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and
new hire guides.
o Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and
programs.
o Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Employee Relations:
o Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
o Help address employee concerns and escalate issues to the HR Manager as
necessary.
o Support the HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Compliance and Record Keeping:
o Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
o Assist in the preparation of reports required by management and regulatory
authorities.
Qualifications:
Education:
o Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
preferred.
Experience:
o Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Recruiter, or similar role.
o Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
o Experience with HR software and MS Office (especially Excel).
Skills:
o Excellent organizational and time-management skills.o Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
o Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
o Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
