Contracts Manager – Space & Deep Tech

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the full contracts lifecycle – from proposals to negotiation to ongoing maintenance
• Drive internal compliance with US Government procurement (FAR, DFARS, ITAR, EAR)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure contract alignment
• Maintain accurate records and reporting processes
• Introduce new tools or processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk

What They’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience managing contracts in a technical or IP-heavy environment
• Strong knowledge of US Gov procurement frameworks (FAR, DFARS, etc.)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable juggling priorities in a startup or agile environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Eligibility for Secret Clearance
