Location:

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral support and consultation across five classrooms, serving a caseload of 10-15 students.
• Train teachers and paraprofessionals in ABA strategies to enhance student outcomes.
• Model and provide real-time support for staff on positive reinforcement and de-escalation techniques.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with staff and families to promote effective behavior management.
• Facilitate training sessions on professional development days regarding data collection and visual supports.
• Step in as a classroom support person during staff absences or shortages as needed.
