Job Description

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available for the 20252026 school year to support K12 students through behavior intervention services. This part-time role involves working directly with students, families, and school staff to enhance behavioral and educational outcomes within a district-wide setting.

Location: McMinnville, Tennessee (District-wide assignment)
Schedule: 21 hours per week, Monday through Wednesday, 8:00 AM 3:00 PM
Duration: August 5, 2025 May 23, 2026
Caseload: Approximately 510 students
Positions Available: 1

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to identify behavioral needs
• Developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) tailored to individual students
• Providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy as necessary
• Participating in evaluations related to student behavioral and educational progress
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, school personnel, and families to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active BCBA certification is required
• Licensure in accordance with state or district requirements
• Prior experience working within a K12 school environment preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff

This role is in-person, supporting a dynamic and inclusive educational community. A laptop and necessary materials will be provided to facilitate your work.
