Soliant is seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time role involves providing behavioral assessments, designing and implementing intervention plans, and collaborating with educators and families to support the success of students in PreK through 2nd grade.
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for individual students.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to implement effective behavioral strategies.
Monitor student progress, analyze data, and adjust interventions as needed to promote positive outcomes.
Provide training and consultation to staff on behavior management and data collection techniques.
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to inform goal setting and review progress.
Masters degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.
National Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Experience working with early childhood and elementary students (PreK2nd grade) is preferred.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making skills.
