Additionally, there may be a production bonus based on individual or team performance, which can range from $0.00 (if benchmarks are not met) to an unlimited amount. Responsibilities: Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspections and repairs according to Volkswagen/Capistrano Volkswagen standards. Communicate repair and maintenance recommendations to customers via the Service Advisor. Complete Volkswagen training as directed, both online and at the Volkswagen training academy. Perform other duties as assigned.
