• Comfortable 1:8 weekend call schedule

• Bread and Butter Anesthesiology practice with Ortho, Urology, OB, healthy Pediatric cases
• No neuro, cardiac, or vascular cases
• Approximately 70% hands-on solo cases, 30% CRNA/Resident supervision
• $200K loan repayment or $100K starting/retention bonuses

Work-Life Balance :

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits:

• Total Initial Compensation Package (new Grads) $640K
  • $510k base compensation
  • $100K starting and retention bonuses
  • $15K annual bonuses
  • $15K paid relocation

• 8 - 10 weeks of paid time off (vacation + CME)

Guthrie Corning Hospital, located in Corning, N.Y., opened a new 65-bed hospital and regional cancer center in 2014.
