Job Description

Chandler & Campbelle is looking for part time Airport Parking Patrollers to work with the parking operations at the Memphis International Airport. This position requires you to be outdoors in summer, winter, and fall weather conditions. You will be required to work a 4 or 8 hour shift. Must be available to work weekends.Working hours will be 2nd and/or 3rd shift. You must be physically able to walk and stand for your entire work shift excluding lunches and breaks.

Job Description:

Parking Security Roving Security guards- Driving Memphis International Airport provided vehicles

• o Patrolling Parking Lots
• o Garage Inspections
• o Immediately report any security issues identified

Parking Customer Service Roving Customer Service Agents, Driving Memphis International Airport provided vehicles

• o Tire changes
• o Jump starts
• o Locked out assistance
• o Passenger assistance
• o Help with lost vehicles

Assist with Exit Plaza Management

• o Vehicle Queue Management
• o Provide Vehicle Guidance
• o Assisting passenger exiting garage with any issues with tickets or exit transactions
• o Assist with exiting traffic flow maintaining constant flow to avoid traffic build up.

Luggage Cart Recovery

• o Periodically inspect luggage carts
• o Ensures proper inventory levels of luggage carts in the luggage cart corrals, located in the baggage claim areas and public parking, at all times. Optimum inventory levels are subject to change.

License Plate Inventory

• Using a hand held device, count the garage car inventory on all levels of the parking garage.

Ensures assigned staff collect luggage carts throughout the terminal area, public and commercial drives; and employee and public parking on a continual basis.

Requirements

• Must have a valid TN Security License
• Must successfully pass a background check (drug screenings & criminal background check)
• Must be able to obtain a TSA airport security badge
• Must have a high school diploma
• Must have a resume to be considered for this role
• Must have a valid drivers license with no major violations or no more than two minor violations in the last two years
